Envios Digitales offers a 14-day free trial on every plan so you can fully evaluate the Service before you're billed. If you decide Envios isn't the right fit after your trial converts, we're happy to work with you.
You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll keep access until then. Monthly fees already paid are non-refundable.
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of the initial charge, we will refund the full amount less any usage overage. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the term.
Email [email protected] from the address on your account and include your order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
